Pinterest Finds...

I am definitely a Pinterest "surfer" or whatever you call it.  I love being inspired by great projects, spaces, photography...you name it!!

I love this color combo...I really need to get some galleries going on my walls like this!
{I don't know the Source on this one}

My friend, Leslie, has an old church bench in her entryway like this one that I covet everytime I see it!  Isn't that little boy darlin'?
I don't know how to decorate cakes, but one of these days when I do learn I am going to make this!  Until then, I will let my sister-in-laws' make them for me. {I have several talented sister-in-laws' that can decorate a cake like no other}
Ruffle Cake
This is my new motto...this saying incorporates my very creative exsistance!!  I am el-cheapo!!
Have a fabulous weekend!

If you have a pinterest account, let me know so I can start following your boards!!!

Chunky Burlap

Maybe I just like the word Chunky...like Chunky Babies, Chunky Chocolate Ice Cream, Chunky Salsa and now I will add to it Chunky Stretched Burlap!!

I made this for the Canvas Corp packaging picture for their Chunky Burlap.
It actually fits my home decor...I wanted to keep it! :)
I used Chalkstock on this project so you could change the saying or "title" of the decor for seasonal or misc things.
 I used the Tissuestock as a part of the little posey that I made...love that stuff!!

Have a delightful day!

Wedding Layout

So, I don't have my wedding photos all perfectly scrapbooked at all.  But, I did have an opportunity to use a couple of them for a project for CHA.

My new favorite Canvas Corp product:  Tissuestock!!  I made all of the flowers using the tissuestock {white, ivory & kraft}
 We got married in the middle of November, it snowed all morning of our wedding but we were able to get gorgeous fresh snow pictures.  I was sooooo cold!  I lost my shoe in the snow and we had just found it in the right hand picture.  We had so much fun that day! :)
 I layered several stretched canvases.  12"x24" Chunky Canvas was the base.  Then I used a 12"x12" stretched burlap and turned it around on the backside and a 8"x10" chunky stretched canvas fit perfectly inside!  I love dimension!!
{you can click on the picture to see it better}
 I know this is upside down, it is a better shot of the tissuestock flowers.

Christmas in July...CHA stuff

This is the first time that I have ever made something for Christmas in July...not for me though.  This will be on display in the Canvas Corp booth this next week in Chicago. {booth #800}  I will not be there this time because we will be in Utah on vacation {Yeah!!}.  I wish I could go and see the booth all set up, I have seen the mock-up booth that was put up in the warehouse and there are some amazing things that will be on display!!  If you are going, you will have to definitely check out all of the new products that Canvas Corp came out with this summer!!

I will share more of the projects I made soon...

I made this Christmas Countdown Canvas on a 12"x24" stretched canvas {see here to buy}.  I used Canvas Corp new Christmas line in Kraft...totally in love with it!  I used all Canvas Corp products on this with some help of Rangers Ink {Vintage Photo} to ink all of the edges.
Canvas Corp has these small square envelopes that were easy to make into pockets for the 12 days of Christmas.

 I LOVE Canvas Corp's Chalkstock tags!  They are such a fun touch to projects!
Enjoy your day!
