Teacher Appreciation & Baby Boy Showers

Just a little something to share today...
This is the Teacher Appreciation present for my son's 1st Grade Teacher.
I made her a silk flower that can be worn as a barrett or a brooch & a gift card to Borders.
When I took this picture the coloring was a little off...it looks better in real life!
This week I was invited to 2 Baby Boy showers.
For Janell's baby, my sister and I went in on several things for her.  I thought it would be fun to use a square cloth bin for her "basket", that way she can use it for storage.  I thought it would be fun to have a tag hanging from the handle...My sister found really cute outfits for the little guy at Sam's Club.
This is the card I made for Lindsey's baby boy shower...
Enjoy your weekend!

  1. What pretty and sweetly thoughtful gifts.

I teach high school - alas, we don't get too many (0) teacher appreciation gifts, although our parent volunteers did throw a sweet little breakfast for us today, though.

I would truly love to receive it - she'll adore it!

    Happy Friday,
    Laura
